Since the beginning, the UKWF has existed to create an equitable community at the University. As the roles in the workplace continue to evolve, our commitment remains the same: creating space to discuss relevant issues and using collective problem-solving and educational opportunities to empower and champion women.

Self-Nominations Open!
The University of Kentucky Wildcat Forum is seeking board members for the 2026-28 term. This organization is open to all employees of the university, both faculty and staff.
UKWF is looking for individuals who can contribute a variety of skills and experience, including event planning, fundraising, public relations, and program development. Each board member will have the opportunity to grow and develop their leadership capacity while serving on the board. Board members will be expected to attend monthly board meetings and committee meetings, which meet a minimum of once per month, and attend events including the annual conference and Sarah Bennett Holmes Awards Ceremony.
Self-nominations are welcome from any employee interested in joining, or you may reach out to someone you think would make an excellent candidate and encourage them to self-nominate. Elected board members will serve a two-year term from July 2026 to June 2028. Voting will take place in May.
Nominations for the Wildcat Forum board are open now through May 15th at 9:00 AM.
